  • Local Taxi from zero point in Sonamarg. Rs. 3500 – 4500 Per Cab.
  • Snow jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back (if required).
  • Sonmarg Trip subject to road and weather conditions.
  • 5% GST (If Payment done in Company Ac).
  • Above given rates are subject to change as per tourism department.

  • Booking/Confirmation from your end
  • You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you an acknowledgment.
  • Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date provided.

  • PAYMENT :-

  • To secure your reservation you need to make 25% of the total invoice amount as an advance and remaining balance you have to pay 10 days before the date of arrival.
  • If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
  • For 4* And 5 * properties full booking amount should transferred before confirmations.
  • Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY :-

  • Within 20 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
  • Within 10 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
  • Within 7 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 100% Retention of the Tour Cost.

  • CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY:-

  • Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Is Subject to Availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • The standard check-in time is 1300Hrs and the standard check out time is 1200Hrs.

  • CHILD POLICY :-

  • To 5 Years Without Bed Complementary.
  • Child above 5 Years with Parents Sharing Bed Only Meal Charges.
  • Child Above 10 Years Is Chargeable As Adults (Extra Bed).

  • PRE TOUR GUIDE:-

  • Carry postpaid Sim Card with you only Jio, Airtel, BSNL are working (Outside Prepaid Sims Do not work in Kashmir).
  • Carry wind Shield, Sweater, Warm Inner, Jacket, Warm Socks, Woolen Cap etc.
  • Carry Basic Essentials like: Hiking Shoes, Water proof and Ankle support.
  • Carry Personal Medical kit (If you required). Personal Utilities like: Sunscreen cream, Lip Balm, Body Lotion, Sanitizer etc.
  • Do normal checkup with your Doctor particularly for your children & take necessary advice.

  • ON TOUR GUIDE :-

  • Keep a copy of Your Itinerary with you to make sure everything will go as theper plan.
  • A copy of hotel booking vouchers should be kept along with other travel documents to be presented at the check in time in hotels.
  • Save phone number of your tour manager and cab driver.
  • Before check in at houseboat for dinner, make sure you have all the required stuff with you because houseboats are located in Dal lake and one needs to board a Shikara for access to local markets to floating market in Dal lake or to visit any grocery shop at boulevard.
  • Make sure ifyou buy pashmina or any other costly handicraft at a recognized shop in Srinagar

  • How Are You Going To Pay..?

  • Your package becomes active only once you make an initial advance payment of INR 10000. With 5% Gist. We will be
  • issuing you voucher for the hotels and provide you details
  • about the driver and guide. Payment can be made through online transfer to our bank accounts provided below.
  • Balance amount should be paid either through online transfer or by cash on arrival in Kashmir.

  • All passengers have to report 02 hrs prior to the departure due to security checking at the Airport.
  • TravenKashmir. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel
  • Names of hotels mentioned in our offer only indicate that our rates are based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation at these hotels. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability otherwise an alternate will be provided before asking you
  • No vehicle is allowed to pick up guest inside railway station / Airport in JAMMU hence our driver will coordinate with you for the same.
  • No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari & Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except local taxies.
  • Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. In case any services are missed due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds.
  • Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after check out from the said hotel/houseboat. Hence you are requested to immediately contact your concerned
